Frequently Asked Questions when playing at Airsoft GB
Q. Do I have to book before coming to an event?
Yes, everyone needs to book online before attending an event day. If you are hiring a gun, you need to choose your gun and select which date you will be attending and if you have your own gun(s) and equipment you need to book your walk-on. If you just turn up to an event date with out booking you will not be able to play. Make sure you bring your confirmation email with you on the day.
Q. Do I have to have my own gun to visit Airsoft GB?
No, you don’t. But if you have your own gun you can bring it / them along. It will need to be chronographed and meet site limits so please see a member of staff with your gun when you arrive on the day. Q. Do I have to bring my own lunch for the Airsoft GB site?
A. Well you can – but you don’t have to. We have food available for sale on the day. Check out our food and drink page for more information.
Q. What are the gun limits for Airsoft GB?
A. We restrict the guns that we allow to be used in play on our site to 370 FPS and 500 FPS for sniper rifles using 0.20g bbs. We have these restrictions in place for safety and insurance purposes.
Q. What are the clothing restrictions at Airsoft GB?
A. When in game play, players must wear long sleeves. This is for insurance purposes and is good for health and safety. We have a small number of camouflage jackets available for players to borrow for the day on request.
Q. Are there any age restrictions at Airsoft GB?
A. We can accept players from 12 upwards although under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and players under 18 must have permission from an adult to play (parent or guardians signature required on the site disclaimer form on the day).
Q. Can I come and play a half day?
A. Yes you can but you will still have to pay the full walk on fee charge per player.
Q. How do I get to Airsoft GB?
A. It is easy! Take the A12 towards Colchester and then join the A120. Take the turning after Clacton onto Park Road and follow this round and we are under the massive radio mast! For further details please look at our find us page.
